Comments from the Audience:

The process for audience members who wish to address the Board during “Comments from the Audience” will be similar to the process for in-person meetings.  Audience members may submit a “Chat” request to the meeting host before the meeting begins through the first 10 minutes of the meeting indicating that they wish to address the Board.  During “Comments from the Audience,” the Board Secretary will call upon each individual who submitted a request to address the Board.  Each person will be allowed three (3) minutes for their comments. A total of 30 minutes will be allowed for the public comment period, unless extended at the discretion of the Board President.
